To become part of the elite group of over 800 in the SMR please fill out all of the following information in the registry form.. Once you have submitted your form with all your information and a picture of your Mustang (if you choose) you will be listed in the Owners List in all the categories that pertain to you. Our database is not automatically generated

so please allow up to 48 hours before your information shows up. Once this is done you will receive a confirmation email with your SMR# included. It is a pleasure to have you on board and thank you for taking the time to join. Visit our Silver History Section if you are unsure the exact color of your Mustang when filling out the SMR.

Once you have received your number via email with your registry confirmation, you can order your SMR decal to slap on your ride. The letters and numbers are 2" tall and the width (roughly 5'-5.5') depends on your number sequence. You also have the option to select from black, charcoal, white or silver.
